Summary:
As a Lube Technician at Charlie's Family of Dealerships, you will be an integral part of our service team in maintaining the quality and performance of our customers' vehicles. This role is essential to our mission of providing exceptional automotive service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs and report findings to the service team.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to conduct routine vehicle maintenance.
- Assist in tire services including rotation, balancing, and installation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and tire services is essential.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
